The Fall ADHD Toolbox

What is the Fall ADHD Toolbox Weekend?

It's a dedicated time (over a Fall weekend) for high-school teens with ADHD ages 14-17 to participate in structured, engaging activities that teach them practical strategies to cope with ADHD. This  weekend will include:

  • Mindfulness exercises to help with present moment awareness
  • Organizational and time management skill building
  • Executive functioning strategies to help take steps towards your goals and make starting tasks less overwhelming
  • Creative learning through games & exercises

All of these are taught by Katie Piura LCSW, teen therapist with over 10 years of experience working with teens and ADHD expertise. Known for her engaging, relatable approach, she creates a space where kids feel safe, understood, and excited to participate
